Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We take these pictures in our warehouse so the product will be same as picture. Some time colors may vary from computer to computer but it will be similar. The size will be as in the product description of each product.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

As soon as we receive your order, we will review the same and send you proforma invoice to make payment. As soon as we receive the payment, we will send Tax Invoice to you.

How can I return an item?

The manufacturer defects will be replace, we may pickup the same from your store and will provide replacement or cash back.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we will if it is our regular product.

Where can I ship my order?

As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you tax invoice and will deliver the goods in the nearest transport office in Kathmandu or Chitwan as per your requested transport company. As soon as we deliver the same, we will provide you transport receipt.
